How do you ensure that you keep my information confidential?
Our business is all about trust and making sure that you are happy and trusting. In case there is highly restricted information, we will be happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement in order to proceed with your deck.
How long does it take to get my pitch deck?
We can provide your pitch deck within 7 days. If you need an express delivery, we can do this for an additional fee and will need your feedback on the deck very quickly.
Can we have several points of contact from inside our startup?
We encourage a single point of contact to collate feedback and let us know how to proceed with the pitch deck. This way, we can focus on what we do best
Payments

What are your accepted forms of payment?
We accept credit cards and PayPal transactions, and can also accept bank transfers.
Are my payments protected?
By paying using PayPal all your money is held safe in case you have problems with your order. We will clarify all your requirements before proceeding with work. As we charge on a time basis, we can’t provide refunds once our time has been spent.

Slides
What file formats do you recommend?
It depends on whether you are a PC or a Mac user. For Mac we prefer to use Keynote, and if you are on PC then we will make your slide deck in PowerPoint. It’s your choice
Do you send my deck in PDF format?
We will send both an editable file in your chosen editing software as well as a PDF file which will look just like what investors are expecting
Do you use Google Slides?
You can receive your pitch deck in Google Slides. We use PowerPoint or Keynote to make your pitch deck as the functionality is better.
Google has restrictions such as use of custom fonts.
Google doesn’t deal with Keynote files, so they have to be made in PowerPoint
We ALWAYS recommend you only send investors your deck in PDF so you shouldn’t be sharing a file in Google Slides in any case.
If none of the founders have PowerPoint or Keynote on their computer, then OK. We can make your file in PowerPoint using webfonts only and the formatting should be fine.
We can’t promise your pitch deck will be as perfect in Google Slides! We will try our absolute best though to make it as close as.
How many slides do you recommend?
A good number of slides is around 15, though it depends on how information is structured and your specific needs.
We would recommend you don’t go over 30 slides as all investors have a limit of interest and curiosity
Do you recommend having transitions and animations in the slides?
We encourage embedding videos with demos of your product or service. However, we don’t think that transitions and animations are a good thing to have, as they can distract investors and even crash their systems.
Remember that when emailing investors, you will probably do this in PDF format, which can’t be animated.

How does the feedback on designed slides work?
Our designers will send you a couple of slides with a specific look and feel. At this stage, we will gather feedback from you. Once you are satisfied with this, we will create your full deck and will be happy to receive extra feedback for a couple of iterations.
Am I able to provide feedback on the deck?
Definitely. Our process starts by you explaining exactly what you want. You then have two key moments where you can provide feedback.
Initial feedback: Your designer will prepare 1-2 slides to agree on the style with you. We offer you up to 2 feedback cycles
Final presentation: We style your whole pitch deck based on your feedback. Upon presentation, two design iterations are included
Can you improve my ideas?
We expect the key ideas to come from the founders of the business, as domain experts.
We like to challenge your business model and understand your distinctive factors, as we have a vast experience in the fintech field.
If we think your ideas is totally uninvestable we will let you know.
Can you improve my content?
Our focus is to improve the way you pitch, the way you deliver your message, and we will also ask questions that you might not have asked yourself, or that you are not clearly responding in your deck. For support on creating a better model, we will work with our sister company FSPal.com in order to help you
